The finance diagnostic

Our free finance diagnostic is hosted on Google Forms, and responses are stored in Google Sheets. If you complete it, the information you provide is processed by Google on our behalf and used to review your results and prepare recommendations. Google may set its own cookies when you use the form; please see Google's own privacy notice for details. You can contact us at any time to have your diagnostic responses removed.

How we use it and our lawful basis

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and provide our services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to and managing enquiries about our services) and, where we enter into an engagement, performance of a contract.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We may use trusted service providers to run our business, for example our email and website hosting providers, who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We may disclose data where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping purposes, after which it is deleted.
